Shipping policy

All orders placed on the site are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC. When we receive the order, we print a label and you will receive an email or SMS update with tracking info after the label is printed. We work Monday-Friday every week, with exceptions on some holidays. We will post any delays or exceptions on the announcement tab of our site! Typically orders are shipped out the same day or the next business day at the latest from our warehouse picked up by UPS drivers from our warehouse daily. We ship all our wholesale orders UPS overnight saver and should be to you by the next morning.

We ship out all orders in a discrete and generic brown box. 

We are currently only shipping within the United States at this point! We plan on expanding our company as quickly as we are able, so please stay tuned, follow us on our social platforms and we will update you as soon as we can send these products to your country. Thanks!
